Our student apartments in Ekenäs are primarily rented to students at Novia University of Applied Sciences. The apartments are located on Ladugårdsgatan 9 and Raseborgsvägen 9. Most of the aparments are single-room flats. We also have a few double-room flats and shared apartments for three persons.

Our apartments are furnished with a bed, a table and chairs. Electricity and heating included in the rent. Water fee 18 €/person/month. Water fee includes free laundry and sauna. Please note that pets are not allowed.

We offer four separate kinds of rental agreemeents:

1. fixed term rental agreement, at least 6 months until 31.7
2. fixed term rental agreement, at least 3 months
3. fixed term rental agreement, less than 3 months
4. until further notice rental agreement

Beginning 1.8.2020 the rent varies depending on the rental agreement type and apartment type according to the following table:

Our single-rooms flats are 24 m2.

Our shared aparments are three-room flats of 61 or 65 m2. Each resident has her own bedroom of 11 m2, the rest of the space is shared among residents.
